At Vacation of the Mind, we believe when we reconnect to nature, we reconnect to ourselves. We also understand getting into nature is challenging for some people based on geography or limited time off from work, so we bring nature to you - in your mind, through a guided meditation experience unlike any other.
Our one-of-a-kind platform fuses the healing power of nature, meditation, and visualization to cultivate a space where journeying with the rhythms of nature flows.
Our proprietary platform allows members to personalize their
journey for the day. From visiting tropical rainforests in Costa
Rica to nature trails of the Rocky Mountains, to pristine beaches of
Tulum, members can curate their journeying within through the
soothing elements of nature. Experiencing a Vacation of the Mind
leaves members feeling rejuvenated, grounded and more connected to

Journey which is also a CEC approved meditation certification course
for those who wish to teach nature-centered meditation.
