We are self generating a  retreat at the newly completed Eastern Sun Sanctuary and the Mt. Brennan lodge.
The dates are July 5th to July 7th.

Thursday, July 4th : Travel Day (Stay in Kaslo) - Option to Camp on Dustin's Land or book Hotel 

 Arriving in Kaslo, sleeping over at Dustin's (camping) or getting hotel. Dinner snack.

Friday, July 5t
Everyone meets at 10:30am to depart the Eastern Sun Sanctuary

• Going up the mountain 10 km
• 11:30 am Brunch
• 1:00 pm Temple: Opening ceremony (Renee/Dustin)
• Movement (Yoga - Maria) – Mindfulness Hike (Dustin)
• down to the Lodge (10 min walk)
• 3:00 pm Lunch (Team Food)
• 6:00 pm Lighting the fire as tribe (Renee)
• New moon ceremony with Intention setting. "What are you giving up?" Burning in the fire.
• Evening Social: Music and singing
• Hot tub - Sauna available
• Sharing Food: salade, hot dog, soup.

Saturday, July 6th : Activities & Social

• 8:00 am Movement (Yoga- Maria)
• 9:00 am Breakfast
• 10:30 am Temple: Intro Circle with Cacao Ceremony (Renee/Dustin/Team)
• 11:30 am Breathwork session (Renee)
• 2:00 pm Lunch at the Lodge
• 3:00 pm  Vision board (Renee) – 5:30 pm put it up
• 6:00 pm Dinner
• 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm Saturday Night Fever – Ecstatic Dance (Dustin)

• 7:00 am Movement (Maria) before breakfast
• 8:00 am Breakfast
• 9:00 am - 10: 00 am Cleaning and Packing
• 10:30 am Temple: Closing Circle (Renee+ Dustin)
• 12:00 pm Departure

A big part of Dustin's GITW was to complete these buildings and create a livelihood hosting retreats. Now we can celebrate our accomplishments in person!

This retreat is designed for graduates of TMLP or current participants. Some exceptions for bringing family can be made. Funds raised will go towards renting the lodge, the sun temple and purchasing food for the weekend. 

The theme is BEING BIG and creating a world that works! Speak your deepest desires into the world and together we will create activities to see a clear vision, learn from nature and anchor the experience deep into the body.  We hold each other accountable to build habits and ritual that make success inevitable! 

Activities may include: Dancing,  guided meditations, cacao ceremony, yoga, sound healing, hiking, biking, hot tubbing, sauna, social time and.. whatever else we create
