I have created this fifteen minute gratitude meditation especially for you!

I am so grateful for your contribution I want to spread this energy by helping you connect with all of the abundance in your life that you have to be grateful for. This recording will guide you into a place of deep relaxation and visualisation that will allow you to attract even more abundance into your life by cultivating an attitude of gratitude.

Past Life Regression Hypnosis allows us to experience memories from our past lives, this helps us to understand better why we are here, the lessons we have already learned and how to release certain blocks that have been carried over from previous lives. 

However it is not a requirement to believe in past lives to benefit from this journey. You are accessing parts of your subconscious mind, the "memories" you experience can act as metaphors that help you to see patters of belief, behaviour and blocks from a different perspective allowing you valuable insight.

This Earthship community  will be a healing place for people to come to rest and retreat from the craziness of main stream life. Once the property is functional for retreats you will be welcome to come and stay for up to one week in one of our guest suits. All meals will be provided and you will have a selection of classes and events to support your healing journey.
